Follow up the email with a response and post the URL of the page that describes the Virus or Hoax.
Reply to the YGroup that you received the email from.
Modify the subject with "Contains a virus" or "This is a Hoax".
Add comments in the message body. Include the URL(s) you found from the above steps.
Post a message to the pcWisdom YGroup with the information you found.  Don't start pointing fingers at anyone and make sure you exclude any personal or identifiable information.  The subject line and the message content is sufficient, the goal is to only to show others how to identify it and not to open it.

Send a private email to the sender of the message.
Reply to the sender of the email message. CC the ISP if you can determine it.
Add comments to the body of the message.  Include the URL(s) you found from the above steps.  
Let them know they have a virus on their machine and they are spreading it to the YGroup(s).  
Give them the URLs of the anti virus websites that can help them remove the virus from their machine.
